When they say boutique hotel, they really mean it... every member of the staff knew my name and Beau's name the day we arrived. Small and intimate, the Madera is able to convey a feeling of comfort and casual cosmopolitan elegance while maintaining a very high level of professionalism.

Like every Kimpton Hotel, the Hotel Madera offers the VIP (Very Important Pet) package! Upon arrival Beau was thrilled to see his name on the Welcome Board in the Lobby and once in the room he easily found the food and water bowls that had been set out for him, a tiger-striped pet bed, and a baggie of treats and toys!Guest Amenities
