Take your pet friend to your local farmer’s market, select the following ingredients, then stroll back home and prepare this delicious organic feast. Keeping in mind that we arrive at the Farmer’s market with a shopping list, but always leave with unexpected exciting ingredients that are at the finest level of freshness for the season, unleashing our creative side which we can practice on our best friend…Happy seasonal cooking.
¼ cup Organic diced Chicken breast diced or any protein available that day, including seafood
¼ cup White Mushroom sliced or what the season has to offer
½ cup Green peas or any other green available
1 loaf Artisan’s country bread. Cut one slice into small crouton according to the size of your friend. Save the rest for yourself
¼ Cup of water (or chicken broth)
1 Teaspoon of Chopped parsley
¼ Cup of grated local Artisan’s Cheese

I have long been a fan of the daily e-zine Daily Kibble! It’s a fun, hip dose of pet-chic every day! I just recently added their logo with a direct link to their site on the PAW website and hoteliers will remember from the March Newsletter my suggestion to print a Daily Kibble, like a ‘daily gazette’ for each of your pet-guests enjoyment during their stay with you as an inexpensive but thoughtful pet-guest amenity.
It’s always so nice when someone you like or a site that you admire has nice things to say about your work, it’s very gratifying! This year, hundreds of thousands of people will hear the words “You have cancer,” or “Your pet has cancer” and there’s a good chance that some of them will be people or pets we know and love. Beau and I have chosen to fight back against this disease and help make a difference by supporting the American Cancer Society’s mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service
Please help US!
Beau and I have committed to participating in the Dogswalk Against Cancer on May 3, 2009 in New York City. We have set out goal at a $1000 contribution. Please help us reach that goal with your contribution as a thank you to the pet in your life and an acknowledgment of how much our pets add to our lives everyday!
Today, there is more hope than ever for people and pets facing cancer. However, there is much work to be done. I hope you will support us in our effort by joining using the links above to help me reach our goal.
